I LOVE these workouts. To me, definitely worth the extra cost! There is a LOT packed into 30 minutes. I actually put both the Upper and Lower together for an amazing total body workout.
What I like is that these are really different from P90x, X2, and other Tony workouts! Fresh stuff and lots of fun!
